First-Time Buyers: Setting Up Your Ottawa Titans Ticketing Account Password

1. Go to "tickets.ottawatitans.com". Click "My Account" at the top right of the page.

2. When you see the login screen, click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to enter your email to have a password reset link sent to your email.

3. Go to your email and find the the password reset email from Igniter. Be sure to check your "Junk/Spam" folders if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

4. Click the password reset link in the email to set up your new password. Once you've done so, you're all set up!

After Creating an Account: Redeeming Your Flex Plan for Tickets

1. Go to "tickets.ottawatitans.com", log into your account.

2. Click "TITANS" at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the ticket purchasing page. Scroll down to find your desired game. Click "Find Tickets" at the bottom right of your desired game.

3. Select "Club" or "On Deck", depending on which type of Flex Plan you originally purchased.

4. Follow the prompts to select your desired seats. Continue following the prompts to reach the payment page. Once you get to the payment page, a button indicating "Use Flex Credit" will appear on the right-hand side. Click on this to redeem your tickets.

5. Enjoy the ballgame!

Please note, 2024 Flex Credit can only be redeemed during the 2024 season, not including playoffs. Flex Credit will be available for use when single-game tickets become available in Spring of 2024.
