2023 Flex Plans
Twelve (12) vouchers to be used at Titans home games for the 2023 season!
Setting Up Your Ticketing Account Password
1. Go to "tickets.ottawatitans.com". Upon arrival on the website, click on "My Account" at the top right of the page.
2. When you see the login screen, click on "Forgot Password" and then follow the prompts to enter your email to have a password reset link sent to you (be sure to check your "Junk/Spam" folders if it doesn't appear in your inbox).
3. Follow the password reset link emailed to you to set up your new password. Once you've done so, you're all set up!
Redeeming Your Flex Plan for Tickets
1. Go to "tickets.ottawatitans.com", log into your account, and find the game you wish to purchase tickets for. Click on "Find Tickets".
2. Follow the prompts for selecting "Club" or "On Deck" tickets (depending on which type of Flex Plan you purchased).
3. Once you get to the payment page, a button indicating "Use Flex Credit" will appear on the right-hand side. Click on this to redeem your tickets.
4. Enjoy the ballgame!
Please note, 2023 Flex Plans can only be redeemed during the 2023 season.
